Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed and all information is submitted, our system starts its operating process on the spot and takes the transaction into its next stage immediately. If your order reaches the shipping phase, you won't be able to cancel it and this is due to a huge load of purchases we try to fulfill without any interruption or delay in the delivery process. In this case, you will still be able to return your items for a full refund.
I received a wrong or damaged item, what should I do?
In case the item you received is damaged or defected, you can return it only if it's in the same condition as you received it. Then after we receive the returned item we will check it and our customer service team will contact you for exchange, replacement or refund.

When are returns not possible?
They are a few conditions where it is not possible for us to accept returns. Some of these conditions are listed below:
- if the return is made after 3 days of receiving the item
- if the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition as received
- if there's anything missing from the package (like parts, box etc…)
- Hygiene, cosmetics & fragrances cannot be returned
In case of return, how long will it take for the process to be done?
After reviewing the conditions of the returns, delivering back the item(s) to our distribution centers, and accepting the terms of the return, it will take 5 to 7 business days for this operation to be fully processed.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, swimwear, leggings, cosmetics, hygiene, fragrances and accessories .
Are your products covered with warranties ?
Almost all our products are covered by an implied warranty. Kindly check for the warranty's details associated with each item.

What are the available payment methods?
To complete your order, you can pay in a variety of ways. Buy Express currently accepts payments by cash on delivery and through major debit and credit cards. Please note that the list of available payment methods may change depending on which country you are in.
Is payment on your website safe and secure?
We take all reasonable care to make our site secure and to prevent frauds. All credit and debit card transactions on this site are processed by CyberSource (Blom bank), a secure online gateway which will be responsible for holding and automated handling in a secure environment of the information relating to your payment details.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?
You can select to have your order gift wrapped for free at the checkout page. Some items cannot be gift wrapped because of their size, shape, or because they are too fragile and they will be shipped in their original package.
How is the shipping cost determined?
The shipping cost is $2 for orders below 200$ and free for everything above.
How long does it take to receive my package?
Our standard delivery time is 1 to 2 working days inside Beirut and may take up to 4 working days depending on the zone. The delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances for some items and this will be clearly mentioned in the products details pages.
What are your restricted and non-delivery zones?
We don't have any restricted zone. We deliver to all addresses within Lebanon and very soon to the MENA region.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you would like to change your shipping address, you can submit a request before the shipment. First please sign in to buyexpress.com and click the ‘My Account’ tab located at the top of the screen. In the 'Order history and details' section, click on the button 'Details' next to your order reference, then the 'Add a message' input and submit your request to our customer service.
Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. However you can still contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Additional delivery charges may apply in this case.
Can I purchase multiple items at the same time but have them shipped separately?
Yes you can. But you must separate the invoices with different shipping information if you want to send each one to a different place.
Can I place an order online and pick it up from your offices?
Unfortunately no. This option is not available.
What countries do you ship to?
Items ordered on our website can be shipped to all over Lebanon and very soon to the MENA region.
What if my order delivery is late?

Why will the courier driver call me before delivering my package?
Drivers have a huge number of parcels to pick-up and deliver on a daily basis and work hard to do their job the best they can in order to satisfy as many customers as possible.
We understand how important it is for you to get a more specific time for your delivery, this is why, the driver will call you to arrange the most suitable time frame and in some cases to request additional information regarding you address.
Something is missing from my order. What should I do?
Please check your order and shipment confirmation email to determine if your missing item is scheduled for a separate shipment. Do you provide installation services for purchased appliances?
Yes we do. Please leave a note on the checkout page when placing your order or contact our customer service on 00961 1 650 650. Our installers will deliver the appliances and they will install the products while they are there. All services are undertaken by qualified professionals.
